SI Detector Terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of siornot.com and any paid plan or credit pack you buy on it. Last updated 1 October 2026.
Who we are
SI or Not (siornot.com) is operated by LOGISTIK BRUSSELS, a company registered in Belgium.
- Registered office: Rue au Bois 258, 1150 Brussels (Woluwe-Saint-Pierre), Belgium
- Enterprise number (CBE) and VAT: BE 0841.874.183
- Contact: hello@siornot.com
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy, which LOGISTIK BRUSSELS applies as data controller.
The service
SI or Not estimates whether an image, a text, a video or a music track was produced by an SI (AI) generator. Each check returns a probability and the clues behind it.
A score is a probability, not proof. Detection can be wrong in both directions, especially on edited, compressed, illustrated or very short content. Do not use a result alone to accuse, sanction, grade, hire, fire or exclude anyone. You remain responsible for the decisions you take and for checking context and provenance.
We may improve, change or temporarily interrupt the service, for example for maintenance. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
Accounts
- Some checks are available without an account, within the limits shown on the site. An account is free and requires a valid, permanent email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. One person per account; accounts may not be resold or shared commercially.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Unused pack credits are lost when the account is deleted, and an active subscription is cancelled immediately.
Plans, credits and prices
- Free: 10 credits and 50 text checks per monthly cycle. Pro: 250 credits per cycle and unlimited text checks. Max: 1,500 credits per cycle and unlimited text checks. One image or music check uses 1 credit, one video check uses 5.
- Monthly credits from a plan reset at the start of each cycle and do not carry over. Pack credits are bought separately, never expire while your account exists and are used after your monthly credits.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars, euros or pounds and include VAT where it applies. The price that applies is the one shown when you pay.
- "Unlimited" text checks are subject to fair use: automated or abusive volumes may be limited to protect the service.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. An invoice is available in your account (Manage billing).
- Pro and Max subscriptions renew automatically every month or every year at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep your plan until then and are not charged again.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it still fails, the account returns to the Free plan.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services and digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once supply has started, provided you have given your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. When you pay, we ask for that consent: your credits or plan are made available immediately after payment.
Apart from the cases the law requires, periods already paid and credits already used are not refunded. If something went wrong (double payment, a check that failed on our side, a technical problem), write to hello@siornot.com and we will look at it. Credits used by a check that fails because of our engine are returned automatically.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit content you have no right to submit, or illegal content, including sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate images;
- use the service to harass, defame or expose a person, or to publish a result about someone as if it were proof;
- use the service to train or tune a tool designed to evade detection, or probe it systematically for that purpose;
- scrape the site, bypass limits or quotas, create accounts in bulk, or attack the service's security;
- resell access to the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Shared results that are reported may be hidden, as described in the privacy policy.
Your content and ours
- You keep all rights to what you submit. You give us the limited right to process it in order to run the check and, only if you choose to, to share the result or keep the image to improve the detector.
- The site, its texts, tools, design, quiz content and our own illustrations belong to LOGISTIK BRUSSELS or their respective owners (images credited on the site). You may quote and link to our articles; copying them in full requires our permission.
Liability
The service is provided as an aid to judgement. To the extent permitted by law, LOGISTIK BRUSSELS is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a result, nor for indirect losses such as loss of profit, reputation or data. Where our liability is engaged, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add a feature. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects an active subscription, we will tell you by email before it applies, and you can cancel before the next renewal.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Before any legal step, write to us at hello@siornot.com so we can try to find a solution. Consumers in Belgium can also contact the Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). Otherwise the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the courts a consumer is entitled to choose.
